I did something I've been wanting to do for a long time today. For a while in my life I became disconnected with my body. I was physically inactive. I didn't realize how important and satisfying it was, for me personally, to be in tune with my body and its abilities. It nourishes my mind and centers me more than I realized, to not only push my physical self, but to also take risks. To reach beyond that limit that my mind puts in front of me and then be able to speak through my instrument. I am of course still reaching for that ultimate goal, but for today, thank you @msacircusarts , for helping me reach this one.
